Changyou International Group Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese. All documents are accessible on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.changyou-alliance.com).
In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted online, replacing routine printed mailings.
Actionable corporate communications—materials requiring shareholder instructions such as proxy forms—will continue to be provided individually in printed form or via email, depending on each shareholder’s stated preference.
Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive future documents by email must supply a functional email address to their respective brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an address is provided, these investors will not receive electronic publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates.
Shareholders may still request hard-copy versions of any current or future corporate communications at no cost. Requests should be submitted to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by email (changyou.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by mail to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
