Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures show that on September 4, Shanghai Ningquan Asset Management Co., Ltd. trimmed its holdings in COFCO Joycome (01610) by 2.149 million shares, at a price of HK$1.16 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$2.4928 million.
Following this reduction, the asset manager's latest share count in the company stands at roughly 456 million shares, representing a stake of 9.96% in the company.
