Atlinks Posts Zero Share Movement in August; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Atlinks Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure in its latest Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 31 August 2026.

The telecommunications hardware provider ended August with 400.00 million issued ordinary shares and no treasury shares, identical to the position at end-July. Authorised share capital also remained unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million.

Management confirmed that the Group met the GEM Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of month-end.

Share-based incentives were inactive in August. No share options were outstanding or exercised, and no new shares were issued under the 2017 share-option scheme; however, a balance of up to 40.00 million shares remains available for future grants. The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments in issue, and recorded no repurchases or cancellations of shares during the period.

Company Secretary Wong Chung Ho affirmed that any securities activity disclosed complies with Hong Kong listing rules and related regulatory obligations.
