Ocean Star Technology Group Limited (Ocean Star Tech) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its share capital structure during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 40.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.29 billion, and Ocean Star Tech continued to hold no treasury shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding. Consequently, there were no funds raised through equity exercises in August.

Ocean Star Tech also confirmed that it satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares as of 31 August 2026, ensuring ongoing compliance with GEM Listing Rule 17.37D(1).
