Yuxing InfoTech Investment Holdings Limited announced on 20 March 2026 that its previously planned very substantial disposal of a parcel of land and an associated property has automatically lapsed.

The vendor and the purchaser had conditionally agreed to the transaction on 29 May 2023, with an Escrow Period Lease allowing the purchaser to occupy the assets until completion or termination. Through a series of supplemental agreements, the contingency date for completion had been pushed back to 9 March 2026 (Pacific Time).

Because the disposal was not completed by the extended deadline and no further postponement was agreed, both the disposal agreement and the related Escrow Period Lease have terminated automatically.

The board, led by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Cong Yu, confirmed the lapse and stated that the announcement complies with the GEM Listing Rules.

No other changes to the company’s operations or governance structure were disclosed.
