Sanvo Chemicals (00301) saw its share price jump nearly 6% during Hong Kong trading hours, with shares last up 5.73% at HK$7.20, on turnover of HK$24.55 million.

The surge comes after the company announced it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited (Green Circle). Under the terms of the agreement, the group has been appointed as the sole supplier and exclusive manufacturer for large-scale production of Green Circle's BocaPCM-TES Panels in the People's Republic of China.

The board believes the collaboration is expected to deliver mutual strategic advantages for both parties by combining the group's operational flexibility and manufacturing capabilities with GCDT's award-winning energy-saving solutions, creating significant cross-industry synergies.

In addition, the partnership agreement outlines the framework for the proposed collaboration and serves to further advance the cooperative relationship that the parties intend to establish.
