Authorised Share Capital • Authorised ordinary shares remained at 2.50 billion with a par value of HKD 0.20, keeping total authorised capital at HKD 500.00 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Outstanding ordinary shares held steady at 142.47 million. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share cancellations, repurchases, or new issues. • Consequently, total issued share capital was unchanged month-on-month.

Public Float Compliance • The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 March 2026.

Share Option Scheme • The share option scheme adopted on 5 December 2022 shows 10.69 million options outstanding, with no exercises, lapses, or new grants recorded in March. • Exercise of these options would not alter the current share count, as no options were exercised during the month.

Other Capital Instruments • The issuer reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other agreements that could result in share issuance.

Administrative Confirmation • The return was submitted on 1 April 2026 by Company Secretary Shirley Chan, who confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and all relevant regulatory requirements.
