During the 2026 Shanghai Listed Companies Collective Investor Reception and Interim Results Briefing held on September 16, Xu Li, Chairman of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd., shared insights on the bank's wealth management operations. He noted that in the first half of 2026, the bank's net fee and commission income exhibited a recovery trend, supported by a stable client portfolio and a solid customer base.

Breaking down the revenue composition, Xu highlighted that insurance distribution fees, being the largest contributor, remained roughly flat and served as a stabilizing anchor for the bank's wealth management fee income. In terms of growth drivers, despite a relatively small existing scale, agency-distributed wealth management products and mutual funds demonstrated robust momentum this year, emerging as key contributors to the overall increase in net fee and commission income.

Looking ahead, Xu emphasized that the bank will continue to align with clients' asset allocation needs by enriching its product shelf, aiming to achieve steady and sustained advancement in its wealth management business.
