TYK Medicines, Inc. released a reminder dated 11 September 2026 to its non-registered H-shareholders concerning the ongoing transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications.

The company referred to earlier notices sent on 6 September 2024 and 17 September 2025 and confirmed that, with immediate effect, future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively via its website (www.tykmedicines.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

Because intermediary banks, brokers, custodians, nominees and HKSCC Nominees Limited have not supplied the company with the e-mail addresses of non-registered shareholders, investors holding H shares through these channels must contact their respective intermediaries and submit a functional e-mail address to ensure timely receipt of materials in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents can request them by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by e-mailing tykh.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and the request for printed communications.
