Shimao Group Reports Eight-Month Sales of 9.721 Billion Yuan

SHIMAO GROUP (00813) has announced its unaudited operational data for the eight months ending August 31, 2026.
During this period, the Group achieved a cumulative contracted sales value of approximately RMB 9.721 billion, with a total contracted sales area of about 792,200 square meters. The average selling price stood at RMB 12,271 per square meter.
In August 2026 alone, contracted sales reached approximately RMB 710 million, covering a sales area of roughly 59,000 square meters. The average selling price for August was recorded at RMB 12,045 per square meter.
