Hong Kong-listed Cherish Sunshine International Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026 on 6 July 2026, confirming no change in its issued share capital and continued compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement.
The company’s authorised share capital closed the month unchanged at HKD 500.00 million, comprising 4.90 billion ordinary shares and 100.00 million preference shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.1.
Issued share capital remained steady at 592.51 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding or cancelled. As a result, the total number of issued shares also stayed at 592.51 million.
Under the 2022 Share Option Scheme, all 0.52 million outstanding options lapsed during June, leaving no options in issue. The scheme still allows for up to 29.31 million shares to be issued upon future grants, but no new shares were allotted and no treasury shares were transferred during the month.
Convertible Bonds with an aggregate principal of HKD 27.50 million, issued on 19 April 2022 and convertible at HKD 1.50 per share, remained fully outstanding. These instruments could be converted into up to 18.33 million ordinary shares before their seven-year maturity in April 2029; no conversions occurred in June.
There were no movements involving warrants, other share-issuance agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts. The company secretary, Sze Kam Shing, confirmed that all listing rule obligations and regulatory requirements were met during the reporting period.
