CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (dated 11 September 2026) that it executed an on-market repurchase of 430,000 ordinary shares on 11 September 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 2.145 and HKD 2.18 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.93 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 3.83 million shares since activating the 2026 general mandate approved on 28 May 2026. The cumulative buybacks represent 0.0894% of the 4.29 billion shares outstanding at the mandate date and were completed at volume-weighted average prices between HKD 2.10 and HKD 2.17 per share on trading days from 1–11 September 2026.
All repurchased shares—totaling 3.83 million—are earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of 11 September 2026. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 4.29 billion shares, with no treasury shares held.
In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, CGN New Energy is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury share disposal until 11 October 2026, 30 days after the most recent repurchase. Chairman and Executive Director Hu Guangyao confirmed that all repurchases were duly authorized, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and complied with relevant regulatory requirements.
