The 11th board has put forward a slate of 12 candidates for the 12th board, including Ye Weiling, Liu Haiying, Chen Chunlin, Chen Yihang, Yu Zhen, Zhou Bo, Tang Hui, Huang Zhen, Xie Youping, and Tan Xiangyang. Among these nominees, Ye Weiling, Liu Haiying, Yu Zhen, and Xie Youping are slated to serve as independent director candidates for the new board. This proposal is still subject to review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting.

According to available information, several of the nominated candidates, including Yu Zhen, Zhou Bo, Huang Zhen, and Xie Youping, are current members of the 11th board, while Ye Weiling, Liu Haiying, Chen Chunlin, Chen Yihang, Tang Hui, and Tan Xiangyang are newly proposed additions. Notably, the current chairman, Pu Jizhou, is absent from this nomination list, signaling that he will soon conclude his tenure as chairman. Pu Jizhou continues to fulfill his duties as the acting chairman and presided over the recent board meeting. Sources familiar with the matter indicate that after the shareholders' meeting, the company has plans to offer Pu Jizhou a new appointment.
