XinXiang Era updates compliance roles following director resignation

XinXiang Era Group Company Limited announced that, further to its 30 June 2026 disclosure on the resignation of executive director Ms. Wan, she has concurrently ceased to serve as the company’s authorised representative and compliance officer under the GEM Listing Rules. Executive director Mr. Peng has assumed both positions with effect from 30 June 2026. All other information in the original announcement remains unchanged. The board now comprises two executive directors (Mr. Peng Ben and Mr. Kong Linglei), one non-executive director (Mr. Liu Enyu, Chairperson) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Deng Yongling, Ms. Mao Xiaobi and Ms. Ma Lina).
