Dongzhi County is focusing on the full-chain protection of intellectual property, providing a "safety umbrella" for innovative entities by enhancing quality through special discussions, strengthening awareness through promotional guidance, and boosting efficiency through collaborative protection.

Enhancing Quality Through Case Discussions

Special seminars on IP cases were held to conduct in-depth discussions on case classification, evidence fixation, and legal application, with emphasis on ensuring the completeness of evidence chains and procedural compliance. Follow-up traceability efforts were reinforced to delve into the illegal chain of activities. In the first half of the year, two cases were selected as typical cases of administrative protection of intellectual property in Chizhou City.

Strengthening Awareness Through Promotional Prevention

Aligned with the annual theme of "Improving Consumption Quality," the county organized a special "3·15" intellectual property protection publicity campaign, providing professional answers to the public on hot-button issues such as patents, trademarks, and geographical indications. In conjunction with multiple departments, the National Intellectual Property Publicity Week event themed "Strengthening IP Protection in Emerging Fields to Accelerate the Development of New Quality Productive Forces" was carried out, distributing over 200 informational materials and handling more than 100 consultations.

Protecting Rights Through Enforcement Actions

Across key industrial parks and focal markets in the county, 2 IP rights protection assistance stations, 3 IP protection workstations, and 1 trademark brand guidance station have been established, cumulatively providing over 60 rights protection guidance services. The county continues to advance the national pilot project for the standardized construction of administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes, establishing a collaborative protection mechanism combining "administrative + judicial + mediation" approaches. To date, 3 people's mediation cases and 1 rights protection assistance case have been processed.
