Dajin Declares Interim Dividend of RMB 0.88 per 10 Shares, Sets Payment for 9 November 2026

Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (Dajin) has approved an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.88 per 10 shares for the six months ended 30 June 2026, corresponding to HKD 1.01796 per 10 shares based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.15678.

The ex-dividend date is scheduled for 24 September 2026. Share transfers must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 25 September 2026 to qualify for the payout. The Hong Kong share register will close from 28 September to 2 October 2026, with 2 October 2026 set as the record date. Dividend distribution will occur on 9 November 2026.

Withholding tax will be applied as follows: • Non-resident enterprises: 10% • Non-resident individuals: 10% • Northbound Stock Connect investors: 10% • Southbound Stock Connect individual investors and securities investment funds: 20% Mainland enterprise investors via Southbound Stock Connect are required to handle tax reporting and payment independently.

No warrants or convertible securities are affected by this dividend. The board composition remains unchanged, comprising five executive and four independent non-executive directors.
