On September 11, a delegation led by Zhang Rui, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shenyang Urban Construction Investment Group (referred to as "Shenyang Urban Construction Investment Group"), visited the Beijing headquarters of Sino-Ocean Group for strategic discussions with Wang Honghui, Deputy Party Secretary, Executive Director, and Executive President of the company.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions centered on leveraging their complementary strengths in asset-heavy and asset-light operations, focusing on key areas such as urban renewal, elderly care services, computing infrastructure, and revitalization of distressed assets, reaching preliminary consensus on specific project implementation.

Wang Honghui extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and provided an overview of Sino-Ocean Group's latest developments. He emphasized that the company is actively advancing its transformation into a "comprehensive real estate service provider," with business spanning development agency services, commercial management, asset management, user services, special assets, urban renewal, and customized housing solutions. He expressed hope that this meeting would serve as a catalyst to combine Sino-Ocean Group's deep expertise across various business chains and resource integration capabilities with Shenyang Urban Construction Investment Group's advantages in heavy asset holding, local resource coordination, new energy, and computing power, jointly fostering high-quality urban development in Shenyang.

Zhang Rui provided an overview of Shenyang Urban Construction Investment Group's operational status. He noted that the group, as a significant municipal state-owned enterprise in Shenyang, has long been responsible for urban renewal and infrastructure construction functions. Currently, it is adopting an "urban renewal plus" model to systematically drive the revitalization of existing resources, while accelerating its expansion into emerging sectors including new energy and computing infrastructure. The group is expediting its transition toward becoming a "comprehensive urban operation service provider" and looks forward to deepening pragmatic cooperation with Sino-Ocean Group for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Both parties concurred that Shenyang Urban Construction Investment Group and Sino-Ocean Group possess distinctly complementary resource endowments and operational capabilities, indicating broad prospects for cooperation. Moving forward, they will further strengthen communication and coordination to accelerate the realization of tangible outcomes.
