CDB International Investment Reports Mid-Year Net Loss of HK$90.7 Million, Widening Nearly Seven-Fold Year-on-Year

CDB International Investment Co Ltd (01062) has released its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, posting a net loss of HK$90.7287 million. This marks a significant increase of approximately 6.77 times compared to the same period last year.
The widened loss is primarily attributed to a net fair value loss on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss, which reached approximately HK$161.90 million (compared to a net loss of approximately HK$4.56 million in the corresponding period of 2025). This was partially offset by other net income of approximately HK$76.51 million (versus approximately HK$0.12 million in the prior-year period).
