On September 14th, the Shuangzihe Town New Era Civilization Practice Center, in collaboration with the Shuangzihe Community New Era Civilization Practice Station, leveraged its platform to organize a series of diverse and content-rich cyber security awareness initiatives, effectively reinforcing the grassroots digital safety barrier.

A dedicated cyber security study session was convened at the town's practice center, where government officials and community staff gathered to review relevant laws and regulations. The meeting underscored the critical importance of cyber security, urging all Party members and cadres to take the lead in learning security knowledge and act as both guardians and advocates of a safe online environment, laying a solid organizational foundation for subsequent activities.

To ensure cyber security messaging was visible and impactful, the town maximized its local communication channels. An LED screen at the government office building prominently displayed the slogan "Cyber security risks are right beside us; holding the defense line is of utmost importance," serving as a constant reminder to passersby. Concurrently, posters emphasizing a people-centric approach to cyber security were placed on public bulletin boards and community notice areas, subtly educating residents and cultivating a robust advocacy atmosphere throughout the town.

Going a step further, volunteers ventured into neighborhoods for hands-on, door-to-door outreach. They visited households, using relatable examples of telecom fraud, online rumors, and personal data leaks to explain cyber risks in plain language. Residents were taught the practical "Five Musts, Five Must-Nots" safety mantra, making key protective measures easy to recall. For elderly residents grappling with smartphone usage, volunteers exercised extra patience, offering step-by-step guidance on identifying scam messages and disabling high-risk features to help them bridge the digital divide.

This campaign brought cyber security knowledge directly to residents' doorsteps, markedly boosting the awareness and risk-assessment capabilities of the local population, especially seniors. By embedding the principles of safe and lawful internet use into daily life, the initiative has substantially strengthened the community's grassroots digital defense mechanisms.
