YOFC Shareholder Transfers Stock from Citibank to UBS Securities Hong Kong

On March 23, a shareholder of YOFC transferred shares from Citibank to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited, with the transferred shares valued at approximately HK$1.497 billion, accounting for 2.31% of the company's total shares. Separately, YOFC recently announced that its shareholder, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's A-shares by no more than 1 million shares, or 0.12% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months starting 15 trading days after the disclosure date of the announcement, due to its own operational development needs.
