Shenzhou Intl Buys Back 220,500 Shares for HK$10.30 Million, Cutting Free-Float by 0.01%

Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited (Shenzhou Intl) disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 220,500 ordinary shares on 31 March 2026. The on-market buy-back was executed within a price range of HK$46.32 to HK$47.72 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$46.69. Total cash consideration amounted to approximately HK$10.30 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1,503.00 million shares, down 0.0147%. The repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock, bringing the treasury share balance to 220,500 shares as of the same date.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 27 May 2025, which authorises buy-backs of up to 150.32 million shares. After this latest purchase, 150.10 million shares remain available under the mandate. In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Shenzhou Intl is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 April 2026.
