Wuling Motors Holdings Limited announced on 14 September 2026 that its latest Interim Report has been published on both the company’s website (www.wuling.com.hk) and the HKEX news site (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to access this electronic version to expedite communication and reduce paper consumption.

For investors who have previously elected to receive physical mailings, printed copies of the current Interim Report are enclosed with the notification letter. Shareholders unable to access the online documents or e-mail notifications may request hard copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or via e-mail at 305-ecom@vistra.com.

Management emphasizes that maintaining an accurate, functional e-mail address with the registrar is the shareholders’ responsibility. Until an up-to-date address is provided, the company will send only printed notices of publication and Actionable Corporate Communications.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services on +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued under the authority of Chairman Yuan Zhijun on behalf of the board of Wuling Motors Holdings Limited.
