New City Development Releases 2025 Annual Report and Expands E-Communication Options for Shareholders

New City Development Group Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report—prepared in both English and Chinese—has been published on the company’s website (www.newcitygroup.com.hk) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging shareholders to switch from hard-copy notifications to electronic delivery: • Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address, or whose existing email address is invalid, can submit the enclosed reply form to receive future notification emails when corporate communications are posted online. • Completed forms may be returned by email to 456-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk or delivered by post/hand to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Local postage is prepaid via the supplied mailing label.

Printed copies remain available on request at no charge. Shareholders may write to the Registrar or email the above address at any time to obtain hard copies if they encounter difficulties accessing materials online.
