Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it bought back 53,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1 September 2026. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 21.08 to HKD 21.62 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.13 million.
Before the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 323.41 million. Post-buyback, the figure declined marginally to 323.36 million, reflecting a 0.016% reduction. Concurrently, the company’s treasury share balance rose from 12.94 million to 12.99 million.
The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. To date, Zylox-Tonbridge has repurchased 4.10 million shares under this mandate—equivalent to 1.22% of the share base outstanding on the mandate date.
Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
