Rural Commercial Bank of Chengdu Fined 735,700 Yuan for Regulatory Violations

On September 11, financial news reported that according to the administrative penalty publicity table from the Sichuan Branch of the People's Bank of China, Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has been penalized for multiple regulatory breaches.

The bank was found to have violated regulations on account management, clearing management, financial technology management, and anti-counterfeit currency business management. Additionally, it was cited for occupying fiscal deposits or funds and breaching rules related to credit information collection, provision, and inquiry.

As a result, the institution received a warning and was fined a total of 735,700 yuan for these infractions.
