China Overseas Land & Investment to Reclaim Unclaimed 2020 Dividends After 30 September 2026

China Overseas Land & Investment Limited has invoked its Articles of Association to announce that any dividends from 2020 remaining unclaimed for six years will be forfeited and revert to the company on 30 September 2026.

The affected payments are: • Final dividend of HK$0.57 per share declared on 26 March 2020 • Interim dividend of HK$0.45 per share declared on 24 August 2020

Eligible shareholders who have not yet received or cashed these dividend warrants must contact the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 September 2026. After this deadline, the outstanding amounts will be cancelled and will no longer be claimable.

The notice was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Yan Jianguo on behalf of the Board on 11 September 2026.
