Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online Technology) disclosed that it bought back 13,500 H shares on 11 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 1.96 to HKD 1.995 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 26,837.50 (approximately HKD 0.03 million). The shares will be retained as treasury stock; none were cancelled.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.0014% to 977.74 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 9.44 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 987.18 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX Online Technology to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 9.44 million shares, equivalent to 1% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
