Changyou International Group Limited (abbreviated as Changyou) has published its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form in both English and Chinese. All materials are now accessible on the company’s website (www.changyou-alliance.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions without charge; others may request physical copies by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Rule 2.07A of the HKEX Listing Rules, Changyou has formally adopted electronic dissemination as its default mode for future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be available online, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will continue to be dispatched individually via email or in print, according to each shareholder’s stated preference. To ensure timely electronic receipt, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form. Absent a valid email address, shareholders will receive postal notifications of web publication and printed actionable documents until an email is provided.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials for future communications may submit a written or email request to the share registrar; such instructions remain effective for one year unless amended with at least seven days’ prior notice.
