LISI GP HOLD (00526) has officially announced significant changes to its board composition, effective September 11, 2026.
According to the company's latest announcement, Ms. Chen Wei has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, stepping down from her roles as chairman of the audit committee and as a member of both the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
In a concurrent move, Mr. Kong Linghua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, assuming the role of chairman of the audit committee while also joining the remuneration committee and the nomination committee as a member.
