A construction notice has been issued regarding the third phase of the public water supply network leakage control project in Yongping County. To comprehensively enhance the county's water supply capacity and improve water resource utilization efficiency, the south side non-motorized vehicle lane of Bonan East Road (from Station Road to Longxiang Road) will be closed for construction. To ensure the smooth implementation of the project,封闭施工和交通管制措施 will be implemented in the construction area during this period. According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other regulations, the following matters are hereby announced.

Scope of construction

The south side non-motorized vehicle lane of Bonan East Road (from Station Road to Longxiang Road) will be fully closed for construction works.

Planned construction schedule

The south side non-motorized vehicle lane of Bonan East Road (from Station Road to Longhua Road) is scheduled for closure from 8:00 AM on September 18, 2026, to 12:00 AM on October 25, 2026. Additionally, the south side non-motorized vehicle lane of Bonan East Road (from Longhua Road to Longxiang Road) is scheduled for closure from 8:00 AM on September 25, 2026, to 12:00 AM on October 30, 2026.

Traffic guidance and precautions

All motor vehicles, non-motorized vehicles, and pedestrians must strictly follow the detour signs along the route and comply with the direction and guidance of on-site traffic coordinators and traffic police at all times. It is strongly advised to plan travel routes in advance to avoid delays. Climbing over construction barriers, trespassing into closed construction areas, and stopping, parking, or setting up stalls within the construction zone are strictly prohibited. Any safety incidents caused by unauthorized entry shall be the sole responsibility of the individuals involved. Oversized transport vehicles and hazardous chemical transport vehicles are required to choose alternative routes in advance and are strictly forbidden from entering controlled or closed sections. During the closed construction and traffic control period, all drivers, passengers, and nearby residents are advised to stay informed about current road conditions, arrange travel times and routes rationally, and consciously comply with all applicable road traffic management regulations. Please pay attention to the signage along the route and obey the directions of traffic police and on-site traffic controllers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period and appreciate your understanding and support.
