Emperor Culture Group Limited reported no movement in its share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 June 2026.

At month-end, the company maintained: • Authorised share capital: 50.00 billion ordinary shares at HKD 0.01 par value, totalling HKD 500.00 million. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 3.21 billion, unchanged from April. • Treasury shares: Nil, with no increases or cancellations recorded during the month.

The filing confirms that Emperor Culture continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Regarding equity incentives, the Share Option Scheme adopted on 7 December 2021 remained unused during the period: • Outstanding options at month-end: 0 • New options granted or exercised: 0 • Shares still available for future grants under the scheme: 321.33 million.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or exercised, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were involved. The company affirmed that all regulatory and listing rule requirements have been duly observed.
