To further the "Emancipating the Mind to Drive Revitalization and Development" initiative, the district Communist Youth League lecture team recently held a special presentation at Shiyou Subdistrict. The session aimed to empower local staff, clarify strategic focus, and promote tangible improvements in grassroots work.

The lecture centered on key priorities including livelihood security, foundational support systems, and requirements for community-facing services. It also outlined development targets for the next five years, supported by four major plans and four key actions. Officials emphasized that grassroots work must remain rooted in the needs of residents, continuously strengthening the social safety net and clarifying future development pathways.

Following the presentation, the subdistrict promptly organized dedicated study and discussion sessions among its various communities. Aligning with the core theme of ideological emancipation and development, each community leveraged its unique characteristics to benchmark against advanced models and absorb exemplary practices. These sessions focused on identifying shortcomings, addressing gaps, and seeking improvements while continuously updating work methodologies and refining work ethics.

Additionally, the subdistrict and its communities have tightened requirements for grid management. All grid supervisors are urged to fulfill their duties in grassroots governance, conducting routine visits to residents, checking for potential risks, mediating conflicts, and providing convenient public services. These efforts are designed to enhance the precision and effectiveness of grid-based governance, effectively bridging the gap in serving the public and ensuring services reach the last mile.

Looking ahead, Shiyou Subdistrict plans to convert the outcomes of the "emancipating the mind" discussions into practical achievements. It will persist in learning from top performers, deepening community governance, and enriching services for residents.
