Ocean Star Technology Group Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026 that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The company’s authorised capital stood at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equal to HKD 40.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1.29 billion, and the group continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Ocean Star Tech reported no movements in equity instruments: no new share issuance, share repurchases, option exercises, warrants, convertibles, or other equity‐linked arrangements occurred during the month. The 2017 Share Option Scheme shows no outstanding or newly granted options.

Management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public‐float requirement as of 31 July 2026.

The filing, submitted on 3 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Jiao Dejun, affirms that all regulatory and listing rule obligations have been duly met.
