STARLITE HOLD Announces New Independent Director Appointment

STARLITE HOLD (00403) has announced several board changes that took effect from the conclusion of its annual general meeting.
Mr. Kwok Lam Kwong has retired as an independent non-executive director and ceased to serve as chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of both the audit committee and remuneration committee.
Mr. Cheung Ching Choy has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Additionally, Ms. Law Kwan Mei has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
