Top Glove’s Substantial Shareholder KWAP Sells 12.2 Million Shares

Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 12,225,500 ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Sep, 10 2026.
Following the sale, KWAP’s direct stake stands at 442,703,250 shares, representing 5.521 per cent of Top Glove’s issued share capital, while its indirect or deemed interest is 76,575,900 shares, or 0.955 per cent.
The pension fund now holds a total of 519,279,150 shares in the glove maker. Top Glove received the notice of change in substantial shareholding on Sep, 11 2026.
