NEW CITY DEV (00456) announced that Mr. Leung Kwok Wah and Mr. Chan Yiu Tung have resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors, effective April 17, 2026, to focus on their other business commitments. Following their resignations, Mr. Leung Kwok Wah has also stepped down as chairman of the company's audit committee and as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee. Mr. Chan Yiu Tung has resigned as chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. Effective April 17, 2026: Mr. Wang Bairong has been appointed and has rejoined the board as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Lin Zhixiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Luo Zhen has been re-designated from an independent non-executive director to an executive director.
