CDV Holdings Reports No Share Capital Changes in April 2026 Monthly Return

China Digital Video Holdings Limited (CDV Holdings, 08280) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing no movements in authorised, issued or treasury shares.

The authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 630.33 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances during the month.

CDV Holdings confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

Under the 2017 Share Option Scheme, 61.48 million options were outstanding, with zero grants, exercises, cancellations or lapses reported for the month. An additional 0.52 million shares remain available for future grants.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements were outstanding or executed in April.
