COSCO SHIPPING Ports Announces Release of 2026 Interim Report and Details Shareholder Access Options

COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited issued a notice on 14 September 2026 confirming that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://ports.coscoshipping.com, “Investors – IR Home – Financial Reports”) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company will continue to distribute future corporate communications electronically or by post to non-registered shareholders on the publication date of each document. Shareholders are encouraged to provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or CCASS participants to facilitate e-delivery.

Investors preferring hard-copy documents can obtain printed versions of all corporate communications, including the Interim Report, by submitting a completed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Postage within Hong Kong is prepaid via the mailing label provided on the form, which can also be downloaded from the company or HKEXnews websites.
