Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (HaoHai Biotec) disclosed that it bought back 24,300 H-shares on 11 September 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 16.31 and HKD 16.68, for a total consideration of HKD 0.40 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 831,800 H-shares since the current mandate began on 20 July 2026. The accumulated repurchases represent 2.39 % of HaoHai Biotec’s H-shares in issue on 29 May 2026, when shareholders approved the 3.48 million-share buyback mandate. Utilisation of the mandate now stands at 23.9 %.
Share capital structure (as of 11 September 2026): • H-shares in issue (excluding treasury shares): 34.78 million, unchanged since 10 September. • A-shares in issue (excluding treasury shares): 190.20 million. • Treasury shares: 3.85 million A-shares; no H-shares are held in treasury. • Company-wide issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury): 224.98 million.
All 831,800 repurchased H-shares remain outstanding pending formal cancellation. Under Hong Kong listing rules, HaoHai Biotec is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
