Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 11 September 2026 it bought back 94,200 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$31.92 to HK$33.72, translating into a volume-weighted average of HK$33.08 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$3.12 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.11% to 84.01 million shares, while treasury holdings increased to 0.91 million shares from 0.82 million.
The buyback was conducted under the mandate approved on 21 April 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 0.91 million shares, equivalent to 1.72% of the issued share count on the mandate date.
All shares acquired remain in treasury; none have been cancelled. In line with listing rules, Bama Tea is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
