Guangxi's fiscal authorities have channeled 129 million yuan (RMB) this year to bolster the region's emergency response capabilities, successfully executing 28 batches of自治区-level disaster relief material dispatch operations. These efforts have facilitated the distribution of 87,800 units of emergency supplies to key cities including Nanning, Liuzhou, and Guigang.

In support of affected regions, the财政 department has enabled受灾 grain depots to conduct timely and orderly transfers of flood-damaged rice, alongside essential emergency response measures. This includes the meticulous classification of rice and comprehensive sanitation procedures at affected storage facilities, thereby providing a robust foundation for coordinated emergency material mobilization and the handling of compromised grain stocks.

During the landfall of Typhoon Maysak, the fiscal department responded promptly by allocating 9.49 million yuan in subsidies for the relocation and disposal of grain from impacted depots. Collaborating with grain reserve authorities, they implemented a tiered classification and off-site transfer process for rice at four affected facilities, strictly preventing any grain that fails to meet food safety standards from entering the consumer market—a decisive move to uphold the底线 of grain security.

Furthermore, an urgent allocation of 100 million yuan was made to procure flood control and disaster relief materials, addressing inventory gaps and diversifying the储备 categories. This ensures that emergency supplies remain available in sufficient quantities and can be delivered without delay.

During the Typhoon Maysak period alone, Guangxi expedited the emergency dispatch of 28,500 units of自治区-level disaster relief materials to affected areas.
