On 11 September 2026, Huanxi Media Group Limited announced that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/huanximedia) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive the hard-copy version accordingly. Those experiencing difficulties accessing the online report may request a complimentary printed copy from the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Huanxi Media is offering flexible distribution options for future corporate documents. Shareholders can:

1. Provide an email address—via a personalised QR code or by completing and returning the enclosed reply form—to receive all future corporate and actionable communications electronically; or 2. Opt to receive printed copies, an instruction that remains valid for one year unless revoked or replaced.

Shareholders who do not supply a functional email address will not receive electronic notifications and will need to monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites for updates; actionable communications will continue to be dispatched in print.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services’ hotline at +852 2862 8688 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. HKT) or via email at huanximedia.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
