New City Development Group Limited (New City Dev) has disclosed an updated roster of directors and committee assignments, effective 17 April 2026.

New City Dev’s Board now comprises seven members: three executive directors—Mr. Han Junran (serving concurrently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Luo Min and Mr. Luo Zhen—and four independent non-executive directors—Dr. Ouyang Qingru, Mr. Zhang Jing, Mr. Wong Pak Wing and Mr. Lam Chi Cheung Albert.

Committee leadership and membership are as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by Mr. Zhang Jing, with Mr. Wong Pak Wing and Mr. Lam Chi Cheung Albert as members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Mr. Lam Chi Cheung Albert, joined by Mr. Han Junran and Mr. Wong Pak Wing. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Mr. Han Junran, with Mr. Zhang Jing, Mr. Wong Pak Wing and Mr. Lam Chi Cheung Albert serving as members.
