Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Chunli Medical) announced that Mr. Ip Pui Sum, who served as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under HKEX Listing Rule 3.05 and Process Agent under Rule 19A.13(2) and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, passed away on 10 September 2026. Mr. Ip had held these roles for a decade, during which he was recognised for his dedication and service.

The loss leaves Chunli Medical without a Company Secretary and Process Agent and with only one remaining Authorised Representative, resulting in non-compliance with HKEX Listing Rules 3.28, 3.05, 19A.13(2) as well as Section 474 and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. The board has initiated a search to appoint suitable successors “as soon as practicable” and will release further announcements when appointments are confirmed.

The board is chaired by Ms. Shi Wenling; current executive directors include Ms. Shi Wenling, Mr. Shi Chunbao, Ms. Yue Shujun and Mr. Xie Feng Bao. Mr. Wang Xin serves as non-executive director, and the independent non-executive directors are Ms. Xu Hong, Mr. Zheng Zhong Liang and Mr. Kwan King Nam.
