7Road Reports Additional Buyback; 16,000 Shares Repurchased at up to HK$1.09 Each

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return dated 11 September 2026 that it repurchased 16,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. The shares were acquired at prices between HK$1.08 and HK$1.09, for a total consideration of approximately HK$17,320. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.

The latest transaction lifts the total number of shares bought back under the current mandate—granted by shareholders on 4 September 2026—to 166,000 shares, comprising earlier repurchases of 50,000 shares on 7 September and 100,000 shares on 9 September. The aggregate outlay for the three buybacks is about HK$0.18 million, implying an average repurchase price of HK$1.08 per share.

The 166,000 shares bought back represent 0.00662 % of 7Road’s 2.51 billion issued shares and approximately 0.07 % of the 250.81 million shares authorised for repurchase under the current mandate. As at 11 September 2026, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2,508.09 million shares, as the repurchased shares await formal cancellation.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026 following the latest repurchase.
