Fineland Living Services Group Limited has released the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate documents—including the Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Proxy Form—on both the company’s website (http://www.finelandassets.com/) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform.

Dated 10 September 2026, the materials are now available for viewing and download. The company recommends that shareholders access the web-based versions; however, holders who have previously opted for hard copies—or who experience difficulties with electronic access—can request printed documents free of charge.

Non-registered shareholders are instructed to complete and return the accompanying reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label. Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communications in hard copy may indicate this on the form.

Investors who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide a functional email address to those intermediaries to ensure they receive electronic notifications of future publications. Until a valid email address is on file, notifications will be dispatched in printed form only.
