PLATT NERA Unit Sets 8.8 Million Yuan Deal for 128 High-Performance Graphics Processors

PLATT NERA (01949) announced on September 14, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Tiancheng Xinneng Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (as purchaser), has entered into an agreement to acquire 128 high-performance graphics processing units (GPUs) from Shandong Junlian Fenghui Information Technology Co., Ltd. (as seller), for a total consideration of RMB 8.8064 million.

The acquisition aims to capitalize on opportunities in the high-performance computing market and leverage the group's expertise in IT infrastructure and equipment procurement. By building computing resources for its IT solutions and related technical services, the group intends to develop and enhance its technical service capabilities.

The equipment, comprising professional-grade GPUs, will form part of the core computing hardware used in the group's IT solutions and related technical services. Following internal assessment and planning, the purchaser has entered into the agreement to acquire the equipment and commence this enhancement on a limited scale.
