EASY SMART GP Schedules 28 September Board Meeting to Approve FY 2026 Results and Potential Final Dividend

Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited (EASY SMART GP) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 September 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval of the consolidated final results for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026. • Consideration of a final dividend distribution, subject to board approval. • Discussion of any other relevant business matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Dr. Tang Tian-Shen, the company’s Chairman and Executive Director. The current board comprises two executive directors—Dr. Tang Tian-Shen and Mr. Ng Wing Woon Dave—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Lo Chi Wang, Ms. To Sau Man, and Dr. Gong Bin.

Investors will receive the audited financial results and any dividend decision after the board’s deliberations.
