BOAN BIOTECH Buys Back 0.08% of Outstanding H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 8.40 Million

Shandong Boan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (BOAN BIOTECH) disclosed that on 11 September 2026 it repurchased 500,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: purchase price ranged from HKD 2.775 to HKD 2.91 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 2.83. Total consideration amounted to HKD 1.41 million.

• Capital structure impact: the buyback reduced the number of issued shares in public hands to 613.93 million, down 0.08%. Total issued shares remain 622.33 million, while treasury shares increased from 7.90 million to 8.40 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: the company is authorised to repurchase up to 62.23 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 8.40 million, or 1.35% of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving capacity of 53.83 million shares.

• Moratorium: in line with Hong Kong listing rules, BOAN BIOTECH cannot issue new shares or sell treasury shares until 11 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
