PAGODA GP Buys Back 0.78 Million H-Shares at HKD 1.41; Treasury Stock Rises to 27.07 Million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) disclosed that it repurchased 780,000 H-shares on 11 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Pricing and outlay: The shares were bought within a range of HKD 1.395–HKD 1.42, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 1.41 per share. The aggregate consideration totalled HKD 1.10 million.

• Capital impact: The company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.04 % to 1.97 billion shares, down from 1.97 billion prior to the transaction. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 2.00 billion, while treasury shares increased from 26.29 million to 27.07 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The repurchase forms part of the mandate authorized on 5 June 2026, which permits buybacks of up to 198.35 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 9.81 million shares, representing 0.49 % of the outstanding shares at the mandate date, leaving substantial room for further action.

• Post-buyback restrictions: In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), PAGODA GP is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; no cancellations have been executed to date. The company confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations during the buyback process.
